This lightly effervescent, dry expression of Avalon Orchards features apple varieties selected by growing organic cider: Nova Mac, Liberty, Nova Spy, Redfree Priscilla, Reinette Russet, Goldrush, and Freedom. Nothing was added nor taken away from the wild, natural fermentation!
