2021 Laundry Riesling

The Riesling from the Laundry vineyard was left to hang longer in this particularly cool Niagara vintage until November 2 in order to achieve a higher degree of ripeness for our single vineyard designation. Wild fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the vintage. Aromas of clementine, Gala apple and honeysuckle. Bright acidity is rounded off by some natural residual sugar left behind from fermentation. Flinty flavours of wet stone, white peach lead to a crisp finish. This is a dry wine with 7g/L residual sugar.
