2021 Laundry Pinot Noir

Light and fresh, fruity aromatics lead off the nose on this more restrained vintage for Niagara. Crunchy cherries, cranberry and subtle spice round out the flavours while vibrant acidity is balanced out with moderate levels of silky tannins. A delicate red wine that can be paired with poultry, pork or fish.
