2020 Laundry Vineyard Gamay
A slightly bigger and bolder take on Gamay. This wine shows red currants, black raspberries and cherry cola on the nose. With refreshing acidity and more juicy fruit on the palate, this wine goes out with a tangy, peppery finish. A serious wine to serve with poultry, braised meats and vegetable ratatouilles.

Perhaps the best Gamay I have had. This is a bigger bolder expression than most Gamays. We enjoyed this with tenderloin steak and it was perfect. I will be buying more of this Southbrook wine, delivered to my door in Saskatchewan.

We enjoyed this with a sirloin tip roast. On its own, it has a fruity clarity to it that resonates. When sampled after a taste of roast, a beautiful smoke emerged from the fruit. Absolutely excellent, either way!
