2019 Whimsy Limited Edition Orange Wine/750ml

Whole cluster Riesling and Geisenheim grapes were crushed by foot in a single, 225L barrel. While going through spontaneous fermentation, the cap was submerged daily by hand. After 28 days on skins the wine was pressed to cold settle. This wine was bottled on its lees and will form a sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Made without any additives or sulfites. 

A dry wine that offers stone fruit aromas of peach, apricot mixed in with some bergamot tea leaves and paw paw. Tannins from skin contact and acidity from the Riesling come together to deliver a balanced and round palate.
