Rich supple texture on the palate, with replays of yellow fruits, with a spine of fresh green apple and subtle caramel notes. Finish is medium-long with plenty of acidity to balance the sweetness. Serve with peach strudel, apple tarte tatin, or aged cheddar drizzled with organic honey.

Picked in the deep cold of night on our estate and pressed in the morning sunshine to extract sweet, concentrated juice for this small lot Organic icewine. It is truly luscious and tropical in aromatics and palate. Bentonite fining and sterile filtration at bottling.
